Bromo Ijen Tumpak Sewu Tour Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival and go to Tumpak Sewu

Day 2 : Tumpak Sewu – Bromo Area

Start at 6AM for a breakfast and go down to the panoramic area to witness the curtain like waterfalls called Tumpak sewu, Tumpak Sewu Waterfall has a water flow that resembles a curtain so it is included in the Tiered waterfall type.
After that go down the stairs and when you reach the bottom of the waterfall you can take pictures and others. Afterward go up to tetes cave and enjoy the scenery or Water and Karst that form caves naturally.
Tumpak Sewu waterfall or Coban Sewu, is formed because the river flow is cut off by a steep cliff, while in Goa Tetes you will find a stream of water emerging from the mouth of the cave, never receding and dry even during a dry season. Water and Karst are the main requirements in the process of natural cave formation.
Afterward back to hotel for breakfast and shower then we will take you to Bromo area and overnight.

Day 3 : Bromo Sunrise Tour – Ijen Overnight

Wake up early and Start at 3AM from your Hotel, we take you to Mount Penanjakan with 4×4 Jeep to waiting for the sunrise at Kingkong hill with a spectacular view of Mount Bromo. At 5AM usually the sun gradually appears with purplish color in the sky and the view of Mount Bromo began clearer.
Continue to the sea of ​​​​sand by jeep after enjoying the sunrise from Mount Penanjakan. When we get to the parking lot we continue walking down the Sea of sand to reach the slopes of mount bromo.
On the way we can see the poten temple which is used for religious activities of the Hindu Tengger community, including Kasodo ceremony. When we reach the slopes of bromo, we climb the stairs totaling 250 steps to reach the top of bromo and see the crater of mount bromo up close.
After enjoying the beauty of Mount Bromo, we return to hotel to enjoy breakfast with a view of the mountains and we will take you to Ijen Area and overnight.

Day 4 : Ijen Blue fire – Drop Off

Start at Midnight from hotel, we will take you to paltuding which is Ijen Crater parking area with a travel time of about an hour. Around 2 AM the gate is opened and we can go inside and start soft trekking for about 1 hour to reach the beauty of the famous ijen blue fire. You can enjoy coffee or tea at a local shop while waiting for the gates to open.
After reaching the blue fire ijen our guide will advice you to take photos and others while waiting for the sun to rise. On the way you will meet sulfur porters who can carry about 100 kilos in a bamboo basket at once.
Make sure you wear the gas mask that has been provided before approaching the ijen blue fire area. After enjoying the ijen crater and the blue fire back to the parking lot.
